City Project
- Date July 14, 2023
Today Grade 8 students hosted a display of their “Crime Free City” designs. Students were tasked to use their learning over the past unit to design a city that actively prevented the causes of crime and helped create strong communities. They considered the role of religion, mental health, education and urban development in communities and evaluated the strengths and weakness of modern day crime management to create spaces that encourage togetherness and community care.
We look forward to seeing the cities of the future built by UIA students!
