Position Objective

  • Operational:
    To ensure the financial integrity and operational efficiency of the campus by managing accounting support, invoicing, and accounts receivable, while providing professional bilingual administrative support (Japanese and English) to the school community.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Professional experience in accounting
  • Professional experience in general administration, with basic proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • Native-level Japanese language proficiency
  • Comfortable working in an English-speaking environment (Business-level English)
  • Nissho Bookkeeping Credential, Grade 2 or higher is preferred
  • Strong communicator with people (both Japanese and English)
  • Positive attitude
