University Guidance at UIA

At UIA, we guide students every step of the way on their university journey. Through personalized support, interactive sessions, and one-on-one counseling, we help students explore options, build strong applications, and prepare for life beyond high school. Our program inspires confidence, equips students with essential skills, and opens doors to opportunities around the world.

Explore Your Future Career

Since launching our University Guidance program in 2022, UIA has been rapidly expanding opportunities for students to explore their future paths. Last year alone, over 50 universities and institutions from around the world visited our campus, including participants in our University Fair, hosted annually since 2023. These experiences give students direct insights into higher education, helping them discover possibilities, make informed choices, and take confident steps toward their future careers.

Exploring Excellence: University of Cambridge School Visit

We were delighted towelcome Dr. Luis, Regional Manager – East Asia at the University of Cambridge, who shared valuable insights into Cambridge’s world-renowned academic programs and its highly selective admissions process.

Our current Grade 9 through 12 students have access to BridgeU, an online platform used by university guidance counsellors at global partner schools.

This system encourages students to research and compare universities and courses offered in Australia, UK, USA, Canada, Asia, and Europe.

UIA proudly confirms that the transcripts and related documents we issue meet the rigorous standards for university entrance.

We aspire for our students to pursue and achieve their goals, fondly reminiscing about their time at UIA. We eagerly await the opportunity to meet you and to work alongside you and your child.

BUS INFORMATION

Parents are not allowed inside the school buses.

For Early Years students, parents/legal guardians MUST be at the bus stop wearing the lanyard for pick-up and drop.

If a parent/guardian is not present at the bus stop at the scheduled time for the bus arrival, the student cannot get off the bus. We will wait for 1 minute and try to contact parents. After that, we will bring the child back to Kiba campus.

Parents/Guardians will be notified and are required to visit the Kiba campus to pick up their child. In such a scenario, a penalty will be charged to the parents at the hourly rate of ¥11,000.

UIA will consider adding a new stop for students from Early Years to Grade 2 in the area of the existing routes.

The school bus may arrive earlier or later than the scheduled time, depending on traffic conditions. If the bus arrives early, they will wait until the scheduled departure time. If the bus does not arrive at the bus stop within 20 minutes after the scheduled arrival time, please contact 080-1187-9407.

Parents should report to the 3F to drop off or pick up their child.

If you want to cancel the bus service for the day, kindly inform us well in advance
