Focuses on developing students' social skills, motor skills and learning the fundamentals of academics.
Cubs Overview
Stepping into a new environment, meeting new people and not being with mom and dad can be very frightening. Our caring team of teachers are there to guide your children as they step into the world of education.
In Cubs, during the 1st term, teachers focus on developing student’s social skills, verbal skills and their attention span. Students learn the concept of working together as a group, developing their awareness of others, learning to share and following rules.
For the 2nd and 3rd term, students will begin developing fine motor skills with tracing and colouring books. During literacy classes, capital letter recognition is emphasized. Body coordination and other skills that were worked on during term 1 are enhanced further.
