Kazumasa Sugita, CEO

At UIA International School of Tokyo, we provide a high level of education via the Cambridge curriculum ranging all the way from Kindergarten to Upper Secondary. At UIA we currently have students with backgrounds from over 25 countries all over the world.

We strongly believe that by living side to side with a diverse group of students from many different countries, that students will naturally develop an international outlook in life and become productive global citizens who play an active role in their communities at home in addition to serving the international community as a whole.

UIA International School of Tokyo invites students of all backgrounds aspiring to play an active role in an increasingly global society by helping make their dreams and educational goals come true.

Our History

In 2010, we began a journey, a journey which led us to become the establishment we are today.

We are an inclusive school, proud of what we have achieved and our offerings, such as the Cambridge Curriculum, state of the art facilities, highly skilled teachers and much more.

Our school is committed to providing a learning environment where each student is empowered for his or her own social, academic, and physical well-being in order to become a contributing member of society.

We will grow as you grow, learn as you learn and succeed as you succeed.

As our name indicates, together we will unite, inspire and achieve.

BUS INFORMATION

Parents are not allowed inside the school buses.

For Kindergarten students, parents/legal guardians MUST be at the bus stop wearing the lanyard for pick-up and drop.

If a parent/guardian is not present at the bus stop at the scheduled time for the bus arrival, the student cannot get off the bus. We will wait for 1 minute and try to contact parents. After that, we will bring the child back to Kiba campus.

Parents/Guardians will be notified and are required to visit the Kiba campus to pick up their child. In such a scenario, a penalty will be charged to the parents at the hourly rate of ¥11,000.

UIA will consider adding a new stop for students from Kindergarten to Grade 2 in the area of the existing routes.

The school bus may arrive earlier or later than the scheduled time, depending on traffic conditions. If the bus arrives early, they will wait until the scheduled departure time. If the bus does not arrive at the bus stop within 20 minutes after the scheduled arrival time, please contact 080-1187-9407.

Parents should report to the 3F to drop off or pick up their child.

If you want to cancel the bus service for the day, kindly inform us well in advance
